Axie Infinity

The future is here, and it’s interactive. It’s no secret that the gaming industry is in a state of flux. From social media to open source software, our entire world is shifting to a more collaborative approach, and gaming is no exception.

In this new world, gamers aren’t just there to be entertained: they’re active participants in the development of their favorite games. And one game that’s leading the way in this new trend is Axie Infinity—a blockchain-based game where you can earn AXS tokens by playing and then use those tokens to influence how the game evolves.

Axie Infinity is a new type of game, partially owned and operated by its players. It’s a turn-based RPG that lets you raise, breed, and battle fantasy creatures called Axies. You collect cards for the Axies, train them to fight against other players in the arena, or—in a unique twist—you can breed them to create an entirely new generation of fighting creatures.

But it gets even better: once you’ve used your Axies to breed new Axies, you can enter them into an auction for others to bid on! And if you’re the highest bidder, you get to keep the Axie you just bought.

But what makes this game different from any other is that players actually own their characters. Each one is stored on a blockchain that gives true ownership to the player who purchased it. The character belongs to no one but the player (and they are not technically “purchased,” but rather “staked” as property of each player). This also means that players can take their characters out of the game at any time and sell or trade them with other players without needing permission from anyone else or paying any fees.

Axie Infinity is still in its early stages of development, but the team behind it has big ambitions for what it can become. There have been a lot of different ideas for how to combine blockchain technology with the gaming experience, but so far none have managed to create a full-fledged game like Axie Infinity.

The game Axie Infinity has been attracting a lot of attention lately, but not just from its players. One player, in particular, Myrtle Sarossa, has been making waves for her recent involvement with the game.In a live video uploaded to Facebook, Sarossa said that she would be giving one lucky fan a Mystic Axie, 2 Axie Land, as well as two additional 40 Axies.
